Camps & Adventures

🏕️ Three Weeks of Adventure Each Year

EAS students attend three one-week camping and adventure experiences each school year. These trips are a cornerstone of the EAS experience, building teamwork, resilience, and a love of the outdoors.

Proper gear is key to a great trip experience.

Community Stewardship Projects

🌿 Giving Back to the Community

All EAS students participate in two 4-day blocks of Community Stewardship Projects (CSP) during the school year. A variety of projects gives students opportunities for active involvement in both environmental and social stewardship in their community.

CSPs are a unique aspect of EAS that reflect our school's values of environmental awareness and community care.

Staff Appreciation

💛 Celebrating Our Amazing Staff

During the school year, PTO supports "Monthly Meals" for our incredible EAS staff. We also host a cookie exchange before winter break and celebrate our teachers on or around National Teacher Appreciation Week in May.

Want to help treat our staff? There are many ways to pitch in.

Events

🎉 Building Community Together

PTO hosts the EAS End of Year Celebration, the 8th grade dinner/dance, and 8th grade graduation. We also organize structured family events throughout the year designed to build connection between our families.

These events make EAS the community it is — and they wouldn't happen without volunteers.
