Payment Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all electives and PTO program fees must be submitted to the EAS PTO. We prefer payments via Zelle. Cash and checks can be dropped off in the EAS Office.

Pay by Zelle

⚡ Fast, free, and easy

EAS PTO is enrolled in Zelle to make it easy for families to pay electronically. Zelle is offered by most banks and credit unions at no charge — no transaction fees for you or for us.

Zelle to: treasurer@easpto.org

→ View full Zelle instructions with bank-specific steps

Heads up: If your bank account is not registered under one of the parent names on file with EAS, it can be hard for our Treasurer to match your payment to the right student. If that's the case, please email treasurer@easpto.org with a screenshot of the transaction and a note about which student you're paying for.

What Can I Pay by Zelle?

Zelle can only be used for payments made directly to EAS PTO. Some fees go directly to the school and still require cash or check.

✅ Pay EAS PTO via Zelle

  • PTO Membership
  • Family Contribution
  • Wednesday Electives
  • Yearbooks
  • Bingo / Student Socials

❌ Must pay school by cash/check

  • Camps
  • Classroom fees
  • April Adventures
  • Spring trips

Pay by Check or Cash

🏫 Drop off at the EAS Office

Cash and checks are accepted and can be dropped off at the EAS Office during school hours. Make checks payable to EAS PTO.

We encourage Zelle when possible — it saves time and makes reconciliation much easier for our Treasurer — but we will always accept cash and checks.

Financial Assistance

We believe every EAS student should be able to participate fully in all programs, regardless of financial circumstances. If your family needs support covering program fees, please reach out confidentially to treasurer@easpto.org.

You can also visit the EAS school site for district-level financial assistance information.

RaiseRight Program (formerly known as Scrip)

RaiseRight fundraising is a no-selling program that enables families to earn money for EAS school fees.

Think of RaiseRight as another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards, physical or electronic, in place of cash, checks, and credit cards.

To learn more about it, visit the RaiseRight page on the school website.
