Board Meetings
The EAS PTO Board meets once a month to discuss PTO-related business, review financials, and plan upcoming programs and events.
As a PTO member, you can request information from any board meeting by emailing president@easpto.org.
General Membership Meetings
General Meetings for all EAS PTO members are held twice a year:
📍 Fall: Typically at EAS Curriculum Night
📍 Spring: At the Celebration of Student Work in June
Any important PTO general membership votes will occur at one of these two meetings. All PTO members are encouraged to attend.
Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes are available to PTO members upon request. Email president@easpto.org to request copies of recent board meeting minutes.
